Our philosophy (my personal one and therefore, that of Fresh Energy) is to create a good and healthy way of cooking, without excluding anything “beforehand” and by taking into consideration, the extraordinary variety of ingredients, scents and flavors, that our world has to offer, in their entirety.
In fact, we know that in the right quantities, with the right proportions and preparation, every ingredient can give something unique to “its” dish, transforming it into a great sensory experience, without bringing forth feelings of guilt or turning it into an “enemy” of the scale.
We believe in the quality of flavors and nutrition and for this reason, we choose to use high quality ingredients, rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals and other essential nutrients, like whole wheat flours and cereals and the freshest possible fruits and vegetables, that the season has to give, locally produced and traveling “0 Km”.
We avoid unhealthy ingredients like hydrogenated fats and refined oils and instead of white sugar, we use natural sweeteners, in the quantities, necessary, in order to give our dishes the “right” amount of sweetness.
